Kiora
Kiora is a Kelpie, a horse-like water monster known to disguise themselves in order to deceive victims to a their watery grave, or at least that was what was expected of her. Despite being a kelpie and having a rather monstrous natural appearance, she's rather gentle by nature. This contradiction takes its toll on her as she feels like she's constantly failing just by existing. Because of this, she'd push herself into violating her morality. She has never been successful though, even when she uses her prefered disguise, which resembles an ordinary white mare. At the end of the day, she just longs for validation and the compassion she has never been shown.

Hugo
Hugo is a character originally designed for the short film "The Sorcerer and the Snail," but has since been redesigned for future use. He's an intelligent young unicorn sorcerer with a good heart. He's charitable and would wish nobody any harm. He's even willing to show compassion towards those who are seen as monsters. However, he's a bit on the introverted side of the spectrum and values his time alone with his studies above all else.

Posey
Created as a cartoon version of an actual costume, Posey was designed to be a cute character as a part of an illustration and photography series meant to send a message of love, kindness, and positivity late into the COVID-19 pandemic. While she has a bit of a dark, almost gothic aesthetic, she is a cheerful and friendly little doctor who just wants to see everyone smile. Nothing matters more to her than taking care of the world around her through acts of kindness, no matter how small. There is not a creature or person she doesn't love with every fiber of her being, even if they're hostile towards her.
